PRODUCT OVERVIEW

ECOSET 2006 is a formaldehyde-free, zero VOC water-soluble thermosetting resin binder, specifically designed to replace traditional formaldehyde-containing resins (such as phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, and melamine-formaldehyde) binders. It has excellent water resistance, alcohol resistance, and bonding performance.

APPLICATIONS

It is recoIt suitable for bonding formaldehyde-free mineral wool and fiberglass wool insulation.

 

 

PERFORMANCE

 Formaldehyde-free, zero VOC, water-based and environmentally friendly;

 

 Ultra-high stiffness, suitable for glass fiber thin boards.

 

 A thermosetting binder with an interlocking network structure formed through polymer modification;

 

 Possesses excellent bonding strength, scratch resistance, chemical resistance, and stain resistance;

 

 Does not yellow during high-temperature curing, and does not affect the color of glass wool.

 

 

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Packaged in 200KG drums, IBC bulk ;Suggesting sealed at temperature from 5 ℃to 35℃, shelf life is 12 months from the production date.

This product must not come into contact with bare iron, copper, or their alloys.
