Eco-friendly Formaldehyde-free Insulation Binder ECOSET 2010

ECOSET 2020 is an innovative, formaldehyde-free, water-soluble thermosetting resin binder,used for bonding of stone or mineral wool and fiberglass insulation, excellent anti-pre-curing properties, with a long open time, high whiteness after baking, and no yellowing; Alternative to conventional formaldehyde-based resins like phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, and melamine-formaldehyde.

ECOSET 2006 is an innovative, formaldehyde-free, zero-VOC water-soluble thermosetting mineral wool bonding resin binder, used for bonding of stone or mineral wool and fiberglass insulation,offers ultra-high stiffness, making it suitable for glass fiber thin boards.

ECOSET 2005 is a formaldehyde-free insulation binder. As a water-soluble thermosetting resin binder with zero VOC, it's designed to replace traditional formaldehyde-containing resins. Ideal for rock wool binder applications, it offers excellent water and alcohol resistance, superior bonding performance, exceptional stiffness, and ultra-high whiteness.

LINTEC MT-101 inverse emulsion thickeners ,Thickening with water, high thickening efficiency; suitable for VAE emulsion and other weak acid emulsion; manufactured directly from the pre-neutralised liquid monomers that are intimately dispersed in the oil phase followed by a controlled polymerisation process to yield the liquid thickener. ECOSET 1114H is a waterborne fiberglass filter paper resin binder polymer,used as Impregnated glass fiber filter paper with binder refers to a process where glass fibers are soaked or coated with a specific type of binder resin. This treatment enhances the mechanical strength, flexibility, and durability of the glass fibers while also improving their adhesion properties for various applications. 

LINTEC LT-4003 is  non-ionic anionic bitumen emulsifier asphalt emulsifiers,also called emusifying agent, is commonly used in the production of emulsified asphalt and bitumen emulsion, which is a type of bitumen that has been mixed with water and a surfactant to create a stable mixture. The surfactant helps to reduce the surface tension between the oil and water phases, allowing them to mix together more easily,recommended for the emulsification of heavy matrix asphalt or modified asphalt, particle size can be achieved D100 ＜3μmM.

ECOSET 2005 is a formaldehyde-free, zero-VOC water-soluble thermosetting resin binder, designed for bonding mineral wool insulation, including rock wool and glass wool. It serves as an eco-friendly alternative to conventional formaldehyde-based resins such as phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, and melamine-formaldehyde.
