PRODUCT OVERVIEW

LINTEC EP-803 is a high molecular weight cationic nano-particle size water based epoxy resin made by special process, waterborne epoxy emulsion especially developed for the modification of road emulsified asphalt, and has excellent compatibility with cationic emulsified asphalt. After mixing with cationic emulsified asphalt, the microisland phase structure is formed, which can significantly improve the properties of bonding, water resistance, anti-rolling wheel and anti-sticky wheel.

PERFORMANCE

♥ Designed for chain expansion of high molecular weight, high softening point, performance to achieve the performance of conventional two-component epoxy performance, with high permeability, high bonding, high water resistance, significantly improve the rolling resistance, anti-adhesion wheel, improve the service life of asphalt;

♥ Eexcellent penetration bonding for new and old concrete, asphalt road and steel metal base surface, suitable for road base surface treatment, steel bridge deck base surface bonding treatment;

♥ Excellent compatibility for cement mortar, and the epoxy cement mortar prepared thus has high strength, high wear resistance and high bonding performance. It is suggested to prepare epoxy mortar repair and leveling materials and epoxy mortar color pavement materials.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Packaged in 200KG drums, IBC bulk ;Suggesting sealed st,temperature from 5 ℃to 35℃，storage under a dry, well ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight.

Shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
