LINTEC MT-101-1 as inverse emulsion thickening agent is one kind of multifunctional inverse emulsion thickener suitable for a wide range of water based formulations. LINTEC MT-101-1 as inverse rheology modifier produces formulations with extremely ‘short’ flow characteristics and shear-thinning rheology suitable for screen printing and inkjet printing processes.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

 LINTEC MT-101-1 is an water in oil acrylic copolymer rheology modifier inverse emulsion thickener, extremely high thickening efficiency, already in solution and pre-neutralized. Thickening is very rapid in water based systems without need for additional alkali or surfactants.does not need to add additional ammonia or other neutralizing agents, can be directly added to greatly improve the system viscosity, suitable for kinds of water-based coating system like styrene butadiene, VAE, acrylic , emulsified asphalt base and other emulsion system.

APPLICATIONS

LINTEC MT-101-1 is supplied as a free flowing, creamy liquid which can easily be pumped and metered when kept away from water.

Addition can be made direct to formulations provide stirring is adequate for rapid homogenous mixing, to avoid localized thickening. Alternatively, an aqueous stock solution can be prepared.it is recommended to add slowly, appropriately increase the speed to provide a certain shear force and give appropriate mixing time to achieve the best thickening effect, the recommended dosage is 0.1% -1.5% (according to the form of supply), and the accurate added amount should be determined according to the product application performance

Shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
