PAA current collector Binder LISPACE 7006

LISPACE 7002 is a water-soluble PAA polymer with ultra-high molecular weight. This transparent, low-odor, formaldehyde-free liquid serves as a high-performance polymer electrolyte solution. Its ultra-high molecular weight structure provides excellent dispersibility, adhesion, anti-scaling, sealing, and plasticity, making it a versatile multifunctional polymer.

LISPACE 7011 is a PAA cathode binder tailored for battery current collector primer coatings. With low surface tension, it ensures superior wetting and dispersion, simplifying conductive agent dispersion and slurry preparation. It also provides strong adhesion to the cathode active layer, boosting battery stability and durability.

LISPACE 7008 is an aqueous binder for carbon coated copper foils. This water-based, modified PAA polymer is formaldehyde-free and offers excellent dispersion, suspension, anti-sedimentation, adhesion, water resistance, and electrolyte resistance, making it a multifunctional high molecular polymer.

LISPACE 7022 is a multifunctional polymer designed as a binder for current collector coating. This ultra-high molecular weight, water-soluble modified PAA polymer is a transparent, low-odor, formaldehyde-free liquid. It offers superior dispersibility, adhesion, and encapsulation, with enhanced plasticity and scale inhibition. Compared to conventional PAA binders, LISPACE 7022 provides higher adhesive strength and better compatibility with the PVDF active layer, making it a high-performance polymer electrolyte solution.

LINTEC LT-4003 is  non-ionic anionic bitumen emulsifier asphalt emulsifiers,also called emusifying agent, is commonly used in the production of emulsified asphalt and bitumen emulsion, which is a type of bitumen that has been mixed with water and a surfactant to create a stable mixture. The surfactant helps to reduce the surface tension between the oil and water phases, allowing them to mix together more easily,recommended for the emulsification of heavy matrix asphalt or modified asphalt, particle size can be achieved D100 ＜3μmM.
