PRODUCT OVERVIEW

CNT Dispersant YC-1634 is a multifunctional additive designed for graphene, carbon nanotubes, and other carbon materials in oil-based systems. It integrates deagglomeration, dispersion, flow, and wetting functions. By adsorbing onto carbon material surfaces, it creates electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance to prevent sedimentation and re-agglomeration. The dried powder remains non-clumped. It also enhances processability and grinding quality, offering excellent adaptability to manufacturing processes.

APPLICATIONS:

             Viscosity-reducing Dispersant for Carbon Nanotube Slurry.

PERFORMANCE

 Suitable for graphene, carbon nanotubes, and other carbon materials;

♥ Suitable for oil-based systems, not suitable for water-based systems;

♥ Integrates deagglomeration, dispersion, flow, and wetting functions. It adsorbs onto the surface of micro-particles of carbon materials and generates electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance to achieve dispersion and stability, preventing sedimentation and re-agglomeration. The dried powder does not clump;

♥ Outstanding processability of materials, good adaptability to the manufacturing process, and improved grinding quality.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

             Store in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated indoor environment with an ambient temperature of -20 to 60°C and a relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Avoid contact with corrosive substances and strong oxidizing agents, and keep away from fire sources and high-temperature heat sources.
