PAA Anode Binder for Lithium-ion Batteries LISPACE 9201

LISPACE 9102 is a water-based PAA anode binder, a multi-modified PAA copolymer solution. It excels in dispersion, wetting, and suspension stability, with strong adhesion and resistance to electrolytes. It also offers excellent electrochemical stability, making it ideal for binding anode materials.

LISPACE 9150 is a PAA-modified SBR binder, a polyacrylic alkyl ester high molecular rubber emulsion. It has specific ionic polar groups and flexible segments in a multi-layer structure, making it suitable for lithium-ion battery anodes, separators, and current collectors. It offers flexibility, electrolyte resistance, and strong binding strength.

When used for ceramic separator coating, it significantly boosts heat resistance, with less than 5% thermal shrinkage after 1 hour at 200°C.
