PRODUCT OVERVIEW

INTEC 1815 is an waterborne anionic high molecular number acrylic copolymer, with excellent dispersion, suspension and anti-setting, anti-sagging effect. Can be used for pigment and filler grinding dispersion of carbon black, titanium dioxide, the dispersion agent of ceramic aluminum oxide slurry.

APPLICATIONS

Widesed Widely used in water-based coatings, building materials, polishing fluid, ceramic slurry and other fields

1. LINTEC 1815 Suspension anti-sedimentation application: the production of nano-alumina polishing liquid, without grinding, it can be dispersed, added to 3% -5% of the powder (calculated by solid part).

Recommended formula:

LINTEC 1815	15%
water	35%
nanometer Aluminium oxide	50%

2. LINTEC 1815 Dispersion and wetting application: production of carbon black paste, the added amount is 30% -60% of carbon black (calculated by solid parts);

Recommended formula:

LINTEC 1815	35%
water	50%
carbon black	15%

3. LINTEC 1815 Cement system application: excellent calcium ion stability, can be used in cement mortar, foam cement system, as water retaining agent and thickener, in addition,with retarding effect, reduce bleeding of foaming cement ; can replace a part of cellulose and water reducing agent

PERFORMANCE

♥ Excellent dispersion and suspension and anti-settling, anti-sagging effect;

♥ Can be used as dispersant with grinding of carbon black, titanium dioxide (Tio2)and other pigment paste, dispersant and anti-setting agent for ceramic alumina slurry.

♥ Good stability in the tank, no stratified water separation.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Packaged in 200KG drums, IBC bulk ;Suggesting sealed st,temperature from 5 ℃to 35℃，storage under a dry, well ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight.

Shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
