PRODUCT OVERVIEW

LINTEC PL-2864 as a single component water-based waterproof coating is modified by polymer petroleum resin emulsion, , with concrete, metal, wood, SBS membrane and other base surface has excellent bonding ability, the film itself has good extensibility, water resistance, salt spray resistance, self-healing and high and low temperature resistance, and adjustable color, has good weather resistance, can be used for exposed occasions, do not need to do protective layer.

APPLICATIONS

Roof waterproof, kitchen and bathroom waterproof (non-brick occasion), SBS old coil waterproof maintenance, coil lap joint waterproof treatment, road and bridge waterproof, etc.

PERFORMANCE

♥High elastic, creep self-healing, elongation rate up to 600%, with a certain creep self-healing performance, can repair the small cracks on the base surface, excellent high and low temperature resistance, low temperature not cracking, high temperature not flow hanging;

CONSTRUCTION PROCESS GUIDANCE:

This product is suitable for spraying, roller coating and other construction methods, and is suitable for the wet base surface construction without bright water;

This product construction treatment: 1) cement base surface, remove the drum, repair the uneven empty drum, clean and smooth after applying solid agent; 2) metal base surface, polish the base surface, and ensure that the base surface is not oil, dust;

Before the construction of this product, the expansion joints should be carried out for joint filling treatment, and the joint filling products or overlapping non-woven cloth or polyester cloth can be used;

After the base treatment, the first construction;

After the first table dry, glass fiber cloth shop paste, play enhanced treatment;

The second time of construction, take the vertical staggered way to the coating, avoid leakage, to ensure the thickness of the coating, can carry out the third and fourth coating;

To ensure the performance of this product, the recommended construction thickness is> 1mm and the construction dosage is> 1.5 kg/m2. The appropriate conditions during construction are: base surface temperature (4~50) ℃, ambient humidity (30~80) RH%;

Reference amount: approximately 1.5 kg/m2。

MATTERS AND ATTENTION:

Construction is not recommended if this product is lower than 5℃;

This product is ready, it is strictly prohibited to use water or other materials;

The base surface needs to be strengthened to ensure the bonding;

Can be in the wet base surface construction, but must clear water, rainy days do not do open construction;

 Thin brush many times, otherwise affect the drying speed of the film;

The film can be soaked in water.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Packaged in 200KG drums, IBC bulk ;Suggesting sealed st,temperature from 5 ℃to 35℃，storage under a dry, well ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight.

Shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
