HEC Rheology Modifier Thickener Emulsion Thickener LINTEC MT-105 as one kind of Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose (HEC), also known as hydroxyethyl ether, are water-based polymers. They boasts remarkable properties as a versatile thickening or gelling agent used in a wide range of industries such as paints & coatings, construction, household & personal care, oil & gas, food & beverages. It is derived from cellulose, a natural component of plant cell walls.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

LINTEC MT-105 is modified Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose(HEC) emulsion thickener , low bubble rheology modifier thickener, extremely compatibility , suitable for weak alkali emulsion;instead of traditional CMC,no pre-dilution,also used for VAE emulison or weak acid system waterproof coating, especially JS polymer cement waterproof coating, mortar applications etc

Modified Cellulose Emulsion Thickener

APPLICATIONS

Suitable for weak alkali emulsion:

Two-component waterproof coating application: A component: B component: water =10:12 ∶ 1.5, stirring for 3min on average,

For A component: VAE emulsion based liquid material system,;For B component: white cement + fine powder filler

Suggested dosage is 0.1-0.5%

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Packaged in 200KG drums, IBC bulk ;Suggesting sealed st,temperature from 5 ℃to 35℃,storage under a dry, well ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight.

Shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
