LINTEC LT-4003 is  non-ionic anionic bitumen emulsifier asphalt emulsifiers,also called emusifying agent, is commonly used in the production of emulsified asphalt and bitumen emulsion, which is a type of bitumen that has been mixed with water and a surfactant to create a stable mixture.
