ECOSET 2005 is a formaldehyde-free, zero-VOC water-soluble thermosetting resin binder, designed for bonding mineral wool insulation, including rock wool and glass wool. It serves as an eco-friendly alternative to conventional formaldehyde-based resins such as phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, and melamine-formaldehyde.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW LISPACE 8104 is a modified acrylic polymer aqueous solution product. This series of products is environmentally friendly. Compared with emulsion-type water-based binders, it has a higher glass transition temperature, better adhesion and storage stability, as well as higher heat resistance. Using this series of binders for ceramic separator coating can significantly enhance the heat resistance of the ceramic coated separator, with a thermal shrinkage rate of less than 5% after being maintained at 200°C for 1 hour. It has an extremely low odor, is formaldehyde-free, and is a high-performance polymer electrolyte solution. The ultra-high molecular weight polymer structure endows it with excellent dispersibility, adhesion, state modification, scale inhibition, encapsulation, and plasticity. It is a multifunctional polymer. Compared with conventional PAA binders, it has higher adhesive strength and improved adhesion to the PVDF active layer.
