ECOSET 1118N is a formaldehyde-free, virtually zero VOC water-based thermosetting resin adhesive specifically developed for the application in Formaldehyde-free Resin Impregnated Paper, serving as an innovative alternative to traditional adhesives that contain formaldehyde, such as phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, and melamine-formaldehyde resins.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

ECOSET 1118N is a formaldehyde-free, virtually zero VOC water-based thermosetting resin adhesive specifically developed for impregnated paper, replacing traditional formaldehyde-containing resins (such as phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, and melamine-formaldehyde) adhesives. It has excellent penetration for impregnated kraft paper and printed paper, used in the impregnation and glue application process of paper, to improve the internal bond strength of the paper.

APPLICATIONS

It is recoFormaldehyde-free Impregnation Resin for impregnated decorative papers.

 

 

PERFORMANCE

Formaldehyde-free, virtually zero VOC, low odor;

 

 

Combines hardness with toughness, has excellent water and cold resistance, solving the problem of brittleness associated with melamine- formaldehyde adhesives;

 

 

ECOSET 1118N, when used for impregnation, has excellent penetration and internal paper bonding strength.

 

 

 

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Packaged in 200KG drums, IBC bulk ;Suggesting sealed at temperature from 5 ℃to 35℃, shelf life is 12 months from the production date.

This product must not come into contact with bare iron, copper, or their alloys.
