LINTEC LT-4003 is non-ionic anionic bitumen emulsifier asphalt emulsifiers,also called emusifying agent, is commonly used in the production of emulsified asphalt and bitumen emulsion, which is a type of bitumen that has been mixed with water and a surfactant to create a stable mixture. The surfactant helps to reduce the surface tension between the oil and water phases, allowing them to mix together more easily,recommended for the emulsification of heavy matrix asphalt or modified asphalt, particle size can be achieved D100 ＜3μmM.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

LINTEC LT-4003 is a anionic/non-ionic bitumen emulsifier with heterogeneous umbrella structure, asphalt emusifier has excellent emulsifying properties for asphalt. Under appropriate process conditions, the particle size control can achieve D100 <3 um. Its heterogeneous umbrella structure gives the product excellent water resistance stability, excellent electrolyte resistance, excellent mechanical stability energy.

APPLICATIONS

It is recoEmusifying agent recommended for the emulsification of heavy cross-matrix asphalt or modified asphalt.

Packaged in 200KG drums, IBC bulk ;Suggesting sealed st,temperature from 5 ℃to 35℃，storage under a dry, well ventilated place. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight.

Shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
