From August 2 to 4, Linte Technology will bring its water-based formaldehyde-free binder resin for bonding mineral wool fiber to the 2024 Shanghai Insulation Exhibition.On August 2nd, Linte will meet you in Shanghai! Hunan Linte Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018. It is a developer and manufacturer of high-performance PAA lithium-ion battery cell binders. Always focusing on the innovative R&D and manufacturing of PAA binders and hybrid polymers , it serves the battery materials, fiber bonding and coating material markets. Linte's water-based formaldehyde-free mineral fiber binder is a formaldehyde-free, zero-VOC water-soluble thermosetting resin binder that is specially designed to replace traditional formaldehyde-containing resin (such as phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, melamine formaldehyde) binders.     This series of adhesives is suitable for bonding mineral wool such as rock wool and glass wool . After curing at 200°C high temperature, it has excellent water resistance, alcohol resistance, stain resistance, scratch resistance and bonding properties, and has high bonding strength. The cotton yield is high and it is suitable for high and low density glass wool products.

  On July 8, the kick-off seminar for the group standard of "Paint Decorative Paper" chaired by the Institute of Wood Industry of the Chinese Academy of Forestry was successfully held at Guangdong Province. As one of the drafting units, LINTEC had in-depth discussions with representatives of base paper suppliers, decorative paper manufacturers, and users of paint paper to jointly explore the standardized development of paint decorative paper.   LINTEC FORMALDEHYDE-FREE IMPREGNATED PAPER RESIN BINDER is a series of water-based thermosetting resin binders developed specifically for impregnated paper that contains no formaldehyde and has almost zero VOC, replacing traditional formaldehyde-containing resin binders (such as phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, and melamine formaldehyde). This series of binders contains no formaldehyde and has almost zero VOC. It combines hardness and toughness and has excellent water resistance and cold resistance, solving the problem of the brittleness of melamine formaldehyde binders.

LINTEC's road and bridge application products mainly consist of emulsifiers and waterborne cationic epoxy latex. Among them, LINTEC EP-803 plays a crucial role in modern road and bridge engineering.   As a high-molecular-weight cationic single-component epoxy latex with nano-sized particles, it is fabricated via a special process. Specifically designed for road emulsified asphalt modification, it shows great compatibility with cationic emulsified asphalt. When blended with cationic emulsified asphalt, a micro-island phase structure forms, enhancing adhesion, water resistance, rolling resistance, and anti-sticking to wheels. With a chain-extending high molecular weight design, it has a high softening point and performance comparable to conventional two-component epoxy.   It offers high permeability, adhesion, and water resistance, boosting rolling resistance and anti-sticking to wheels and extending the service life of emulsified asphalt. It has excellent permeability and adhesiveness to new and old concrete, asphalt roads, and metal substrates like steel, suitable for road substrate and steel bridge deck substrate treatments. EP-803 has good compatibility with cement mortar. The resulting epoxy cement mortar has high strength, abrasion resistance, and adhesive properties, recommended for preparing epoxy mortar patching/leveling and colored pavement materials.

It's a water - based anionic acrylic copolymer with good dispersion, suspension, anti - setting and anti - sagging properties. It's used in grinding carbon black, titanium dioxide and ceramic slurries, and in coatings, building materials, polishing fluids and ceramic slurries.   In nano - alumina polishing liquid production, LINTEC 1815 can be dispersed without grinding. Add 3% - 5% of the powder. In carbon black paste production, add 30% - 60% of carbon black for LINTEC 1815's dispersion and wetting. In the cement system, LINTEC 1815 has good calcium ion stability, works as a water - retaining agent and thickener, retards and reduces bleeding in foaming cement, and can replace some cellulose and water - reducing agents.

Today, LINTEC is excited to share with you our innovative emulsifiers within the functional additives series. Our emulsifier journey at Lintec initiated with emulsified asphalt. For the development of coating - grade emulsified asphalt, we had to design our Waterborne Asphalt Emulsifier  LINTEC LT - 4003. LINTEC LT - 4003 is an anionic - nonionic emulsifier featuring an isomeric umbrella - shaped structure. It exhibits outstanding emulsifying capabilities for asphalt. Under appropriate process conditions, the particle size can be controlled with D100 < 3 microns. It is highly recommended for the emulsification of heavy - traffic paving asphalt or modified asphalt. The anionic emulsified asphalt LINTEC EA - 08S is a water - based asphalt product emulsified using the LT - 4003 emulsifier. LINTEC EA - 08S has remarkable cold - application performance, rapid - drying characteristics, and excellent adhesion properties.
