PAA Binder for Silicon Anode in Li-ion Batteries LISPACE 9102

LISPACE 9150 is a PAA-modified SBR binder, a polyacrylic alkyl ester high molecular rubber emulsion. It has specific ionic polar groups and flexible segments in a multi-layer structure, making it suitable for lithium-ion battery anodes, separators, and current collectors. It offers flexibility, electrolyte resistance, and strong binding strength.

LISPACE 9201 is a PAA anode binder, a water-based multi-modified PAA copolymer solution. It offers high molecular weight, low swelling, and strong binding strength, suitable for graphite, silicon-carbon, and high-end silicon anodes. It enhances electrode flexibility without softening agents and boosts resistance to electrolytes, significantly improving battery performance.

ECOSET 1118N is a formaldehyde-free, virtually zero VOC water-based thermosetting resin adhesive specifically developed for the application in Formaldehyde-free Resin Impregnated Paper, serving as an innovative alternative to traditional adhesives that contain formaldehyde, such as phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, and melamine-formaldehyde resins.
